1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnipMyLink.com (“Service,” “Platform,” “Website”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

SnipMyLink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

SnipMyLink provides URL shortening and link management services. The Service may include analytics, redirection tools, and related features, all of which may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of the Admin.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use this Service. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use SnipMyLink for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Distributing malware, phishing links, or spam
  • Promoting violence, hate speech, or explicit content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Circumventing security or abusing system resources

You are solely responsible for all links you create and share.

5. Admin Rights & Control

SnipMyLink retains full and absolute rights to:

  • Monitor, review, and remove any links without notice
  • Suspend or permanently ban users at its sole discretion
  • Disable or redirect any shortened URL
  • Modify, limit, or terminate services at any time
  • Access and review user activity for compliance and security

No justification is required for any administrative action taken.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the original URLs you shorten. However, by using the Service, you grant SnipMyLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your links as necessary to operate the platform.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

SnipMyLink does not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted service
  • Permanent availability of shortened URLs
  • Accuracy of analytics or tracking data

The platform may experience downtime, data loss, or link expiration without liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipMyLink and its Admin shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Misuse of links by third parties
  • Unauthorized access to user data

Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SnipMyLink, its Admin, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Content shared through your shortened links

10. Third-Party Links

SnipMyLink is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third-party websites accessed through shortened links.

11. Termination

SnipMyLink may terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your links may be disabled or deleted
  • Access to analytics and data may be revoked

12. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SnipMyLink, you consent to data collection and usage practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SnipMyLink regarding the use of the Service.

16. Earnings Program & Fraud Prevention

SnipMyLink may, at its sole discretion, offer a monetization program (“Earnings Program”) under which eligible users may earn payments based on valid traffic to shortened links, calculated on a CPM (cost per thousand impressions) basis.

16.1 Valid Traffic Requirement

All earnings are strictly contingent upon legitimate, organic, and human-generated traffic. Any form of artificial, deceptive, or invalid activity is strictly prohibited.

16.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are expressly prohibited from engaging in, or attempting to engage in, any of the following activities:

  • Self-clicking or generating impressions on your own links
  • Encouraging others to click links in exchange for incentives, rewards, or compensation
  • Use of bots, scripts, automated tools, or traffic exchanges
  • Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, or similar methods to manipulate traffic data
  • Generating fake, misleading, or non-human traffic
  • Cloaking, redirect loops, or deceptive redirection practices
  • Using multiple URL shorteners or layered redirects for the same destination to inflate earnings
  • Sharing links on platforms that violate policies or generate low-quality/invalid traffic
  • Promoting or linking to adult, explicit, illegal, pirated, or otherwise prohibited content
  • Any activity intended to artificially inflate impressions, clicks, or revenue

16.3 Monitoring & Detection

SnipMyLink reserves the unrestricted right to monitor, analyze, and audit all traffic and user activity using internal systems and third-party tools. Determinations of invalid or fraudulent activity shall be made solely at the discretion of SnipMyLink, and such determinations shall be final and binding.

16.4 Enforcement Actions

In the event that SnipMyLink suspects or detects any violation of this section, it reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate the user account
  • Withhold, cancel, or permanently forfeit any pending or accrued earnings
  • Disable or delete associated shortened links
  • Restrict access to the Earnings Program or entire platform

No compensation shall be owed for earnings deemed invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

16.5 Payment Discretion

All payments are subject to verification and approval by SnipMyLink. The Admin retains full discretion to:

  • Adjust earnings based on traffic quality
  • Reject payouts associated with suspicious activity
  • Delay payments for investigation purposes

Participation in the Earnings Program does not guarantee payment.

16.6 Final Authority

SnipMyLink’s interpretation of what constitutes fraudulent or invalid activity shall be final, conclusive, and non-appealable.

16.7 Indemnity for Abuse

Users agree to indemnify and hold SnipMyLink harmless against any losses, damages, or claims arising from fraudulent use of the Earnings Program.
